1. Introduction

At OtherCalculators, we value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information our website collects, which third-party advertising and analytics services we use and the cookies and identifiers they rely on, how we ask for consent, and what choices you have. It applies to everyone who visits othercalculators.com.

2. Calculator Inputs Stay in Your Browser

Every calculator on this site runs entirely client-side. The numbers you type into a calculator are used only to compute the result shown on your screen — they are never transmitted to our servers, logged, or stored anywhere. Refresh the page and your inputs are gone, because nothing left your browser tab in the first place.

3. Cookies and Third-Party Advertising

This site is supported in part by advertising from Google AdSense. When you visit a page, your browser sends Google certain information, including the address of the page and your IP address, and Google may set cookies in your browser or read cookies that are already there. Google uses these cookies and identifiers to serve and personalise ads, to limit how often you see the same ad, to measure how ads perform, and to protect against fraud and abuse. This information is processed by Google, not by us.

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to this website or other websites on the internet. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to users based on their visits to this site and/or other sites. You can learn how Google uses information from sites that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

Opt-out choices: you can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings. You can also opt out of a participating third-party vendor's use of cookies for personalized advertising generally by visiting www.aboutads.info/choices.

4. Analytics We Use

We use three analytics services to understand how the site is used.

Google Analytics 4 sets first-party cookies (_ga and _ga_<container-id>, which expire after two years by default) to tell visitors and their sessions apart, so that page views and visits can be counted. Like AdSense, it sends Google the address of the page you are viewing and your IP address, and the data is processed by Google. If you do not want Google Analytics to be used in your browser, Google offers the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Vercel Web Analytics works without third-party cookies. According to Vercel, visitors are identified by a hash created from the incoming request, the visitor session is discarded after 24 hours, and no personal identifiers that track visitors across different websites are collected. Each page view may record the page address, referring site, approximate location, browser, operating system and device type, and is used for aggregated statistics.

Ahrefs Web Analytics does not use cookies or store personally identifiable information by default, according to Ahrefs. It records page addresses, referring sites, browser user agents, country and city, and language. To count daily unique visitors it hashes your IP address and user agent together with a random salt that is replaced every 24 hours; the raw IP address is discarded and not stored. Ahrefs states that it does not track individuals across devices, websites or apps.

We do not use any other analytics, session-recording or advertising tools beyond the services named on this page.

The last column shows whether the service waits for your choice in Google's consent message when you visit from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland (see section 6).

If you visit from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you are shown Google's consent message. It is a Google-certified consent management platform that is delivered with our AdSense code. Until you make a choice, our Google tag starts with ad storage, ad user data, ad personalisation and analytics storage all set to “denied”. The consent message then passes your choice to Google's advertising and analytics services.

Changing or withdrawing consent: Google's consent message adds a Privacy and cookie settings link at the bottom of the page. Select it at any time to reopen the message and choose again; it always offers Consent, Do not consent and Manage options. You can also delete or block cookies in your browser's settings, and use the Google opt-outs in sections 3 and 4.

Visitors outside these regions are not shown the consent message, so Google's cookies may be set when a page loads. The opt-outs above and your browser's cookie controls still apply.

7. Your Choices and Regional Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the UK, or California, laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA may give you rights over personal data a website holds about you — for example, the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of that data. Cookie identifiers and IP addresses can be personal data. The calculators never collect the numbers you enter, but the services described above do process cookie identifiers, IP addresses and browsing data when you visit. Google's Ads Settings let you control the information Google uses to show you ads. You are welcome to contact us with any request and we will respond about the data we hold or can access.

This section describes our practices; it is not a legal determination of compliance with any specific regulation, and this policy generally is informational rather than legal advice.

8. Third-Party Links

Our website may contain links to external sites or services. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their own privacy policies before providing them any information.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard measures to protect any data we do handle (such as the contents of an email you send us). However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time — most recently to name the cookies and identifiers each service uses and to explain how consent works for visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland. We will note any material changes by posting the revised policy on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
